Can I get home delivery?

Our home delivery area extends from Blairdummond and Gargunnock out to Buchlyvie and Aberfoyle – plus everywhere in between!  We are currently exploring if we can extend our service to Balfron and Killearn - do please email us info@oldleckie.co.uk if this would be of interest to you  - it will help us gauge whether there is enough interest. If you live outwith this area you can arrange to collect on farm or, for our fresh meat boxes, for UK delivery

 

I don’t live in your delivery area – how can I buy your produce?

You can either come to the farm to purchase (call Alison 07852 241196 to make sure someone is here to help), or you can order a fresh beef or pork box to be posted to you when available. If you want to buy our eggs through your local shop they are currently stocked at:

Blairdrummond Smiddy, Gargunnock Village Shop, the Woodhouse, Buchlyvie Stores, Hewett and Aker Deli, Trossachs Petrol Station, Maggies @ Aberfoyle, Doune Spar.

 

Is there a shop on the farm I can visit?

You can buy our products from the farm, but we don’t have a staffed shop. Contact Alison on 07825 241196 first to make sure someone is here to help you.

 

Is your meat fresh or frozen?

A mixture of both! Our popular beef, lamb and pork boxes are delivered/ couriered fresh, ready for you to freeze on delivery.  Smaller quantities are frozen here at the farm, transported with icepacks and delivered to your door frozen. Frozen meat should be used within 3 months of freezing to maintain its excellent quality.

 

My order is wrong?

We are a small family business and try our best to ensure every order goes out correct – but we are  only human and sometimes we make mistakes – please call Alison on 07825 241196 or email info@oldleckie.couk and she will help get it sorted.

 

Are you organic?

We do not treat or spray our salad and vegetables with anything at all but we are not a certified organic farm.

  

What if I want to increase my regular egg delivery?

You can adjust yourself in your customer account for the next 4 week order cycle. If we are midway through a 4 week cycle then just visit the shop to add the extra eggs you would like for that week's delivery.

What if I want to reduce or cancel my regular egg delivery?

You can adjust yourself in your customer account for the next 4 week order cycle. If we are midway through a 4 week cycle then just email eggs@oldleckie.co.uk and we will adjust for you and process a refund.

 

What if I want to add some extra eggs or meat onto my regular delivery?

Easy  - just log into your customer account and select what additional eggs or meat you require and checkout. These will be delivered with your next order.

 

What if I am not happy with the quality of my purchase/delivery?

Please get in touch with us immediately if you are not fully satisfied with our produce.  We will act quickly to try our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction either by way of a replacement or refund.

My email or contact details have changed - how do I update them?

Just email us at eggs@oldleckie.co.uk and we will update your account
